Remodel Lancaster has done a few large scale projects for us. There is a reason we keep using them. The latest project was to build a workshop behind our garage. When we moved to our current home, we downsized significantly, and our home is older (1930) with limited storage. Rich designed a large space for us, and paid incredible attention to detail, from permitting requirements, to using high quality materials, and impeccable workmanship. We hired Remodel Lancaster to do a complete kitchen remodel for us. The scope of work was large, and included opening up the small kitchen and dining room, to create a bigger kitchen/gathering space. We could not be more pleased with the result. Our home was built in 1930, so there were some big tasks to undertake in order to modernize the space. A large radiator was replaced with a baseboard blower, giving us another wall for cabinetry, and a load bearing wall was removed and replaced with a new beam, in order to open the space.
